Nette Menschen, leider haben die falsche Krankenversicherungstarife bei HanseMerkur beantragt (also nicht die Tarife, wofür ich entschieden habe), und danach war es unmöglich, die Tarife zu ändern! Ich zahle deswegen 1200eur Selbstbeteiligung im Jahr anstatt 600eur und habe viel weniger Vorteile dafür (z.b. viel weniger für Psychotherapie erstattet) schon seit 5 Jahren also viel geld verloren. I am highly surprised to experience such an abusive attitude towards myself. I wasted my time and nerves by coming to an appointment and hearing from Alexander that sometimes emails are not being sent by Outlook, so that’s why I haven’t received an email confirming a zoom appointment instead of on site. But main problem anyway turned out to be that I speak too quietly and in general he doesn’t want to work with “this type of personality” and he can’t explain what type and why. I am very pleased that I choose to work with Alex. I wanted to save money and make the KSK application by myself because I already had made it with my husband's application. Luckily Alex explained to me what was wrong with my application and why it took a whole year for my husband to get in!
